1. The basic rental includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft insurance
2. The renter checks the vehicle thoroughly before it is received and acknowledges that it is in good, clean and usable condition
3. The Renter also understands and acknowledges that the vehicle is to be returned to WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC office or representative in the same condition (including all accessories, baby seat etc,) at the end of the rental period. Missing or damaged items shall be charged.
4. Renter shall pay a security deposit of AED 1500 at the time of signing this agreement. This deposit shall be released after twenty-one (21) days from the date of return of the vehicles; further to deductions, if applicable. The Renter agrees to pay for any transfer charges
5. WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC reserves the right to recall a vehicle and cancel the contract at any time and the Renter shall cooperate.
6. WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC shall not be responsible or accountable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7. WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC vehicles may only be driven within the geographical boundar- ies of the United Arab Emirates
8. Vehicle has to be returned with the same fuel level as when I was hired. Fuel charges may apply if the fuel
9. Renter shall ensure that the vehicle as a whole including is mechanisms, parts etc. are not damaged or tampered with during the rental period. Missing or damaged items shall be charged.
10. Renter should return the vehicle completely clean. All WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC ve- hicles are Non-Smoking; eating, drinking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Valet charges of AED 500/- apply if returned dirty or with sand, stains, animal fur or garbage or odour.
11. Daily rental charges are calculated on 24-hour basis, from time of pick-up as mentioned on this agreement, with a grace period of two (2) hours. Additional one (1) day rental charges apply to vehicles returned after the grace period.
12. Monthly rentals are calculated on a thirty (30) days rental period. Advance payment is mandatory. Early vehicle return will automatically cancel the monthly rate plan and daily rate plan shall apply.
13. Renter shall pay all fines incurred during the rental period within 24 hours of issue of fines along with administration fee of AED 50/- per fine.
14. WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC rental invoices may be provided upon request by the Renter. 15. AED 5/- per crossing will be charged for tolls.
16. The vehicle is due for servicing at every 10,000km or 6 months or when vehicle notifies on the dashboard. The Renter is responsible and agrees to notify WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC immediately as per the sticker on the windscreen or the notification on the dashboard
17. Renter will be responsible if vehicles are not serviced at the allocated times and have expe- rienced damage. The Renter agrees to pay repairing cost and the dally rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is out of service being fixed.
18. In case of vehicle breakdown, WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC shall provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible or refund for the remaining period of the rent.
19. For any minor or major accident, police report is mandatory. To obtain Police report dial 999. In case the renter fails to submit the Police report, the Renter agrees to pay the repairing cost and the daily rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is out of service being fixed.
20. Tires, Wheels, Wheel cap and Tools damages are not include in the insurance. The Renter shall pay the full repair cost of these in case of any damages.
21. The Renter shall report WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC, any mechanical failure or damage with no delays. The Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused due to late reporting
22. The Renter will liable for full cost of repairing the vehicle was damaged due to being oper- ated with a flat tire. Service or breakdown related issues has to be reported immediately by calling the number mentioned on this agreement
23. Off road driving and rash driving is not allowed for WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC vehicles. Failure to abide shall void the insurance coverages and the Renter shall be fully liable to pay for any damages, repairing cost and the daily rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is out of service being fixed.
24. Renter shall not allow any Third Party, to repair the rented vehicle without written consent from WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC.
25. The Renter is responsible to replace the punctured tyre with the spare tyre. The damaged tyre will be inspected by WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC. The Renter shall pay for the damaged tyre in case of misuse.
26. The Renter will be responsible for loss of any keys. The charge for a lost key will be AED 1000.
27. The Renter understands and ensures that only drivers that have entered their name on this contract are allowed to drive the vehicle. In case of an accident the Renter will be accountable to pay full repair cost and the daily rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is out of service being fixed. In case of total loss, the Renter will be accountable to pay 20% of the vehicle value as per the insurance company. The Renter shall pay full vehicle value as per the insurance company if Police report is not submitted
28. Any accident or damage to the vehicle rented that occurs due to the driver being under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic drug, the Renter will be accountable to pay full repair cost and the daily rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is out of service being fixed. In case of total loss, the Renter shall pay full vehicle value as per the insurance company
29. Any vehicle rented from WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC is only Insured for driving on paved roads within the UAE.
30. In case the vehicle gets impounded by authorities because of any violation during the rental period, the Renter will be liable to pay WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC the impounding charges plus the daily rental charges to cover the potential revenue loss while the vehicle is under the legal custody.
31. The Renter authorizes WHERE TO RENT A CAR LLC and its representative to seize the vehicle, due to non-payment of rent, fines and tolls, or not returned on time, or left abandoned, or locked in secured parking etc.
32. When renting a car for less than 3 days, an additional fee of AED 100 is charged for the delivery and/or pickup (one-way) of the vehicle within Dubai.
33. Mileage limits: for the “Weekly” rate – 1250 km, for the “Monthly” rate – 3000 km, and for the “Daily” rate – 250 km. If the mileage limit is exceeded, an additional fee will apply: 1 AED per extra kilometer for MG vehicles and 5 AED per extra kilometer for all other brands.
